Be sure to visit the Hempstead Public Library on Thursday, November 1, 2018, from 6pm - 8pm for Village of Hempstead Community Development Agency's Community Empowerment Resource Fair. Attendees will gain a better understanding of agency and non-profit programs, homeowner's assistance, career counseling and much more.
